Shipping & Handling:
Standard USA Ground Delivery/Handling: Standard UPS ground can take up to 8 business days to deliver. UPS does not deliver on weekends nor do they consider weekends business days. UPS also reserves the right to one day of package processing. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes please provide an alternate address if you have a PO Box.
General Information: All shipments are shipped from the Southeast by USPS and UPS delivery services. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and weekends. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Depending on your location and your order we will pick the carrier that will get your package to you a quick as possible. We also try and ship orders the same day or day after as long as they pass through our AVS verification system. We also reserve the right to have one day of order processing to verify card information and shipping information.
Return Policy:
SheKix, LLC believes that customer satisfaction is the most important thing and that is why we offer a full refund policy. Refunds don't apply to items that have been worn, washed or at least 15 days old. If your item is defective or you were shipped the incorrect color, size or style we will issue a new item or a full refund depending on the customers request. Unwanted items: If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact SheKix within 15 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the unwanted item. You must then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse using UPS Ground Delivery (at your expense). We strongly recomend that you use UPS or another carrier that provides tracking details. We are not responsible for goods that are lost in transit without tracking details.
